What does it do?

CopSonic is creating a new ultrasonic language based on contactless technology that enables feedback between a speaker and a microphone at any time and with any nearby device. It already offers authentication solutions in digital security, smart sensing and IoT. Copsonic optimizes its algorithms in firmware for the following manufacturers: Intel, AMD, STM, NXP, ARM, Tensilica. COPSONIC is an authorized partner of ST Microelectronics.

USES

High-end phone There is no need to install any application on the mobile device. Authentication and system control occurs on the CopSonic cloud VOIP server. The mobile device communicates with the CopSonic Cloud via the GSM network. The exchange distance ranges from a single centimeter to several meters. Smartphone The use of CopSonic with smartphone applications provides new opportunities for contactless communication using TCP/IP networks. Authentication occurs in the CopSonic cloud and control of the system can be shared between the cloud and the smartphone app. The exchange distance ranges from a single centimeter to hundreds of meters. Offline Mode In airplane mode on smart devices (smartphone, tablet or smartwatch), the information is processed in real time on the first device to be sent through its speaker to the microphone of the second device. Since our codec is full duplex ready, the same process can be performed in the other direction from the second device to the first device at the same time.
